Do I have to input both a w2 and a w2c into TurboTax if they just put the wrong name?

No. You'll enter ONLY the W-2C into the program. Be sure that you also check that this is a "Corrected" W-2 when entering.

EDITED AFTER POSTING: If your W-2C contains only the name correction and everything else is the same, use the correct name and the original numbers from your first W-2.
