No, not unless your tax return has been rejected for e-file.

If your tax return has been successfully e-filed, you do not need to mail your tax returns.

If you tax return has been rejected for e-file there is still an opportunity to fix the rejection reason.

Only if you can not cure your rejection must you mail your tax returns.
