Do I have to pay estimated taxes

I did owe 1496.00 for 2017 but do not expect to owe any taxes for 2018

If you do not expect to owe taxes in 2018, then you would not need to make the estimated tax payments. See below for instances when making estimated taxes is recommended to avoid underpayment penalties.
