do i have to pay taxes on money that i already paid taxes on from unicare

You never have to pay taxes on money you have already paid taxes on.

However, Unicare may be paying you replacement wages for sick pay or other reasons. Even though you paid premiums in to the insurance company that doesn't count when you are receiving sick pay. For one thing, your insurance premiums weren't taxed.

You'll have to provide more information about the money you've received as well as the form it was reported on if you need more information than that.
