For Netflix, no, you will not need to pay extra taxes on that.  They already charge you this tax on your bill.  If you are using another streaming service that does not include the taxes on your bill then yes, you would need to pay it on your return.  

Most of the big companies are charging you for it.  There may be some little ones that don't.

No. This is something I pay for. I pay for Netflix. Do I need to pay Use Tax on it?
