hello. I am a foreigner that has lived in the US previously. In march of 2020 I moved back to the US and now I am considered a resident for tax pourposes due to the substantial presence test. I received nontaxable income in my country from January to February 2020. Do I have to report on my taxes the income received before entering the US? Thank you.

No, if you meet the substantial presence test for a calendar year, your residency starting date is generally the first day you are present in the United States during that calendar year.  You will not have to report your worldwide income until that residency start date.
