Question

Do I have to sign the Consent for use of tax return information form to proceed with my return? It won't let me decline.

The Consent for use of tax return information page specifies that I do not have to complete it to use this, but when I click "Decline" nothing happens. I cannot proceed.

You have to sign it to file with TurboTax.

You should be able to decline and move forward. Please try logging completely out of the TurboTax website, then clear your browser's cache and delete cookies. A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly. If that doesn't work, try a different browser.

If you continue to have issues please reach out to a TurboTax representative for assistance.

What is the TurboTax phone number?

Same issue.  Why do I have to provide my information if I want to Decline?  In previous editions, it was possible to just click 'Decline.'

If you have followed the instructions above and still getting the same issue, I would suggest following the instruction here to contact us by phone. @taxzzz
