Do I have to upgrade to TT Deluxe even if TT FREE is printing out "DELUXE ONLY" forms and worksheets?

I am using the Free addition of TT but I have  >$1500 in 1099-DIV income and am also claiming the Lifetime Learning Education Credit. I think either one should have forced me to upgrade before allowing me to  print but TT prints out all the worksheets correctly and fills out the forms needed to file (SCH B, Form 5329, Form 8863). I only get a message that I need to upgrade when I go back into the interview to double check the 1099-DIV inputs, but TT let me register under free and print all the forms out with no problems.

Will I have a problem when I  E-file or should I upgrade even though the return looks correct already?
