Do I just choose the closest city in the "Live or Work in Any of These Cities?" section. It doesn't have where I work or where I live as an option.

It depends. Those types of questions are to usually to determine if you need to pay taxes to those taxing jurisdictions.

If it does not have your city, you should be able to answer NO to that question.

I assume you are working on a State Tax Return, which State are you referring to?
