You will enter all the W-2's into the TurboTax software for it to correctly compute your balances due or refunds.


I suspect that you are preparing a Federal tax return and need to file in two or more states as well?

 

The W-2's show which state has claim to the income by viewing boxes 15-20 at the bottom of the W-2.

 

You enter all the W-2's information and generate a Federal tax return.  Then, information from the Federal tax return flows to the individual state tax returns.
