If you’re saying you purchased health insurance through your state's health insurance marketplace, and you want to know if you need a Form 1095 to file your return then, yes, you’ll need Form 1095-A when filing your return.

If you received insurance through your employment with the state, you won’t need Form 1095-A.  You receive a 1095-A when you purchased health insurance through Healthcare.gov or your state's health insurance marketplace.

You won’t need to enter Forms 1095-B or 1095-C on your return.

Please see the TurboTax Help article Where do I enter my 1095-A? for more information.

If this doesn’t answer your question, please provide additional information.
