DO I NEED TO CHECK I STOPPED THE JOB BOX. I WAS SWITCHED FROM 1099 TO W-2 EMPLOYMENT WITH THE SAME COMPANY IN OCTOBER

I have both w-2 and 1099 from the same employer, so do I put a check in stopped job on 1099 form ?
