Do I need to do anything other than report 0 income if I lived overseas all of 2024? I lived in Cyprus all of 2024 and my income is from there.

I have from my employer in Cyprus an Income Tax Form T.D.59 that shows my wages earned over there. Not sure what I need to do other than reporting my income as 0.

You have to report all worldwide income. If you have been out of the country, you may qualify to exclude the foreign earned income on Form 2555. See Do I need to report foreign income?

If any of your income ends up being taxable, you can claim a credit for foreign tax paid on the income.  See Where do I enter the foreign tax credit (Form 1116)
