Do I need to file Form 8843 as a resident alien?

I have F-1 OPT and have been in the US for more than 5 years. I meet the substantial presence test for 2019 but I don't have income for 2019. Do I need to file Form 8843?

    If you are a resident alien for tax purposes, you are not required to file form 8843.
