Hi, I owned founders shares in a SPAC and it de-SPACed last year. As a result of a merger I was awarded with public shares in a target company and warrants. Do I need to file anything with regards to this transaction? If so, how do I do it in TurboTax? Previously I filed Schedule K-1 for my interest in a SPAC. Thanks in advance.
