Do I need to include multiple cities that is listed on my W2 if I do not file local tax due to living in township?

I work for Electric Company and go to multiple cities for repairs. Those cities tax us.

That will depend on the city you worked in.  TurboTax does not support most local tax returns.  You will need to contact each individual locality to determine if they tax people who visit their city to work temporarily.
