Do I need to pay Grand Rapids MI City taxes if I reside and work in Cascade Township, but my address indicates the city of Grand Rapids?

Cascade Twp is outside the official city boundary of Grand Rapids, even though it uses the City of GR in its address. So, you do not need to pay City of GR taxes.

I worked in GR but lived outside the city limit in Cascade, it added both resident tax AND the work in the city tax until I changed my address in the GR tax form to say Cascade, MI with the same zip, then it dropped off the extra part of the resident tax.
