Yes, to correctly compute the Retirement credit for 2018 return, TurboTax needs this information.

Below is information directly from the Retirement credit Form 8880.

Certain distributions received after 2015 and before the due date (including extensions) of your 2018 tax return (see
instructions).If married filing jointly, include both spouses’ amounts in both columns.
