Do I need to report money I won gambling in Nevada

Yes, this needs to be reported. I'm assuming you received a W-2g for these winnings. 

 

Please follow the instructions below to enter your lottery/gambling winnings:

  1. Open (continue) your return in TurboTax.
  2. Click on Take me to my return box if applicable.
  3. Search for lottery winnings in search box.
  4. Click on Jump to lottery winnings link.
  5. Answer interview questions.
