Do I need to sign my electronic State of Illinois pdf? If yes, how do I submit?

IL requires that you print and sign the form. You are not to mail it in unless they request it. See 2023 IL-8453, Illinois Individual Income Tax Electronic Filing Declaration. I have never heard of them requesting it so it isn't common.
