Possibly.  Did you get a letter from the IRS saying you needed to verify your ID?  If so, some people are able to verify using ID.me.  If not, you will need to wait until they contact you to determine what you need to do to get your refund.  The IRS seems to be putting this new step into the process for many people to help cut down on Tax refund fraud.
