Do I only need to mail the first 3 pages of my printed Form 1040-SR of my completed tax form? Do I need to also attach Schedule 1, 2, A, or forms 8960 or 8923?

I don't have any 1099s. So do I just mail the three pages of the 1040?

when you go to print you should select all forms required for filing. using self-employed there would likely be a schedule C and 1040-SE that needs to be filed. if you itemize also schedule A. not submitting all required forms will delay your refund until the IRS gets them. this would require manual processing so your refund could be delayed 5 months after the IRS gets the forms. and if you owe, an incomplete return is considered a non-filing so you could get hit with late filing penalties.
