Do I send in my actual W-2s with my return forms

Hello, 

For a personal tax return:

You should have several W-2s and on the bottom of each they are labeled if they are for a)your records, b)federal copy, c)state copy etc. File the federal copy with your federal return. Paper clip the W-2 to the top of the 1040 form. Do not staple. 

Usually the state tax returns follow the same process.
