Select Deductions & Credits Scroll down to All Tax Breaks Select Medical Select Affordable Care Act (Form 1095-A) On the next page, select No to indicate you were not provided a Form 1095-A from your health insurance plan. This will remove the questions regarding the marketplace insurance coverage.
