Do other people have issues receiving phone calls from tax experts?

I set an appointment to receive a call from a tax expert. After the appointed time passed by, I gave it a few minutes, then attempted to request a call immediately. I was told I would receive a call in five minutes, still no call. I am outside the continental US working on a US military contract. Due to not having a stateside phone number, I gave a US phone number assigned to me through Skype. Is there any reason they would not be able to reach me?

Yes, using Skype may be the issue. There may be an appended attachment that converts the call into an MMS which Skype cannot process.

Two other options:

Try selecting getting a written response instead. See: How do I schedule my review using TurboTax Live? This will allow the agent to see your specific return with all personal identifiable information masked.
