Last year there were many questions in filing tax returns using the TT Business software. Many questions had responses by people who were or claimed to be TT experts, which I took to mean they actually worked for TT. I noticed there was a response this year to one question that claimed TT no longer will respond to questions on the Business product because TT wants you to pay to get a response.
