Do you have to use the Desktop download for multiple Federal filings? Say a family with 5 people filing federal taxes.
My mother started using the online version but wanted to pay for all the kids. We dont see a way to change the user/individual while signed in online
Yes only the Desktop program can do multiple returns and efile 5 federal. the rest you can print and mail. In the Online version you get 1 return per account and need to pay for each account.
