Do you keep a record of turbotax software purchases? I need proof I purchased turbotax in 2016 from you if it is available. Thank you.

Do you keep records of turbotax software sales? If so I need proof of purchase of turbotax in 2017 from you if it is available. Thank you.

To access your prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show. Click on the Year and Click on View order details

And you should be able to see the charge on your credit card statement.

The above is assuming you purchased the product online directly from Intuit TurboTax. If you purchased the product from another vendor (such as Amazon for the CD version) then TurboTax will have no record of that transaction/purchase.
