in the Search area, type 'W-2' then click on 'Jump to W-2'.

 

At the W-2 Summary page, choose EDIT/Review to open up your W-2 that you previously imported or entered.

If you're trying to open up your W-2 from your Employer's Payroll site, you would need to contact them for help if you're having issues.
