Does anybody know where I'm suppose to mail my returns and payments? and do I send both state and federal to the same place?

No!  Federal and state go to different places.  You mail Federal to the IRS.

And mail each state to the right state.  And some states want a copy of the federal attached.

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s.  Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS received the return.
