Question

Does anyone else find that after logging in and being recognized, the website lands on a page with the message "Oops, something went wrong. Please try again?"

I have searched online for possible solutions, such as clearing my Mac's cache, changing the security setting on Google Chrome to minimum, checking I have the latest update for Chrome and my Mac to no avail.

    I have also received the "oops" message a few times this year on my Mac, though I was able to keep working after it occurred.

     

    If the pop-up message includes space for you to identify what you were doing when it occurred, etc., we encourage users to complete and submit the form so that our programmers can better determine what the issue is and how to address it.
