Question

Does anyone else have issues with it not advancing to state taxes

In TurboTax Online, once you have completed the entries needed for the Federal return, select/click State Taxes from the list of sections on the main part of the screen. Select Add another State if necessary.

In TurboTax Desktop, with your return open, select the State Taxes tab.
