Does anyone know how to fix a state return that was rejected?My federal return was accepted and my state return was rejected because of an issue with the CPR I submitted

I called TurboTax and the said I’d have to wait until after February 15th to try and amend it since it was already submitted to the IRS. There’s no error code in the rejection email I got from turbo tax. It doesn’t give me an option to resubmit or refill my CPR form on the turbo tax website when I click through my state return tax info. When I go online and select “fix my return” it just leads me through to the submission page. Not really sure how I’m supposed to fix this. The agent I spoke with seemed to be under the impression I could simply delete it and fill it out again? … does anyone know how to fix this

Two possible issues:

1. The laws changed for how landlord's report the CRP this year. This could be affecting you, if your form does not have the correct information. You can check with your landlord that your CPR is correct.

2. The way you report the CRP has changed. You should not have form M1PR in your return. You should see the credit on your M1. For details, visit Renter's Credit.

Follow these steps:

Delete the form/ worksheet- for renter's credit, if possible, see How to Delete
Log out of your return and try one or more of the following:
- Don't use Internet Explorer.
- Clear cache and cookies,
- Sign in using a different browser.
- Sign in using a different device.
Log back into your return.
- Enter the information again.
