Question

Does anyone know how to register a complaint with turbotax? The stupid bot's answers are unrelated to my questions.

For days it's told me that agents are unavailable right now. Apparently it doesn't know when TurboTax will be staffing again.

    If you do not have a billing question most all tax related or TurboTax program related questions can be answered here in the community.

     

    Otherwise - 

    You will have to contact TurboTax support for assistance with this problem. Use the key words Billing Issue if this is a billing problem
