Does anyone know if the injured spouse for the 2019 federal income tax season been canceled due to the virus occurring? I filed February 1st and my refund is held up.

No. Injured spouse forms are not specifically impacted by the dramatic changes in due dates, etc.

Since it has been considerably longer than 21 days, I recommend checking your status electronically.
