Does anyone know what should launch to make the interview worksheets appear?

Several of the deductions categories will not launch the interview questions (blank screen) - but the IRS forms will appear. The product does not freeze - it just doesn't launch the interview. Interview sections that do not work include - Property Taxes, Car Registrations, Estimated Taxes, Tax Prep Fees, etc I have Windows 7 desktop - have removed anti-virus, have installed and uninstalled multiple times. I have been able to get this work successfully on Windows 10 machine using same cdrom. I have reinstalled Adobe Flash. It is always the same interview sections that don't work - while other interview sections display properly.

Perhaps this is the issue with anyone with a blank page during the running of Desktop TTX software.

.......TTX should only be installed and run as an Administrator..not in some guest account without administrator privileges...but it's hard to know each person's exact setup.

Exit TurboTax....then:

1) right click TurboTax 2018 icon

2) Select … Properties

3) Select the Compatibility tab

4) In the "Settings" box … check the box to "Run this program as an administrator"
