If that does not apply to you, you can try to delete the form: Open or continue your return in TurboTax. In the left menu, select Tax Tools and then Tools. In the pop-up window Tool Center, choose Delete a form. Select Delete next to the form/schedule/worksheet in the list and follow the instructions.Check to see if the form has been deleted, if not, then another form on your return is generating form 8582.

Does anyone know when the glitch for maryland form 8582 willl be fixed??? we dont need it but it will not let us file!

Tried that with live help. We were on the phone for 1.5 hours. The form is not even showing under tools for it to be deleted. This is a major issue for the self employed in Maryland.
