Does anyone know where to input a code from "mytaxform.com" for W-2 import?

W-2 was not sent from employer, only a code from mytaxform.com to input in the proper box for W-2 importation.  Says it works with TurboTax.

First, get a copy of your W-2 from the site mentioned, then follow the steps in this article to enter the information into TurboTax: How do I import or enter my W-2? If you cannot import, then you will need to manually enter the W-2.
