Does anyone know why Its not giving me the option to pay to file my state. I paid $90 for TT delux and MAX defend, and now it wount allow me to file

I live in NYS and today is the file day. I tried to be smart and paid with my CC instead of my refund, is this the issue?

Please check and see if any of the New York state forms within your return are preventing the efile: State Forms Availability

You may need to clear your cache and cookies. Make sure your return is saved in your TurboTax account and then sign out. Clear the cache and delete the cookies on your computer, open a new browser, sign back into your account and try entering your information again. You may also want to change browsers, for example, if you are using Chrome, try switching to Firefox.
