Does anyone know why itsdeductible is "unavailable" to download into the 2021 returns?

Try using the steps below.   If you are getting an error, please provide us with what version (Mobile, Mac, Windows, Online, and Deluxe, Premier, etc) you are using and details regarding your experience.  

1. Open or continue your return in TurboTax.
2. Search for donations and select the Jump to link.
3. Answer Yes to Did you make any donations to charity? 
4. On the next screen, answer Yes to Do you have an account with ItsDeductible Online?
5. Your donations will automatically load as long as you're using the same account for both ItsDeductible and TurboTax. On the next screen, select which donations you want to import and select Import Now.
6. Select Continue and review your charities on the next screen.

If you make changes to ItsDeductible and want to import again, start again at step 2 above.

Note: Importing your charity donations from ItsDeductible doesn’t require TurboTax Deluxe or above. But if you’re in TurboTax Free Edition or TurboTax Live Basic and adding your donations caused you to have a Schedule A (itemized deductions), then you’ll have to upgrade to TurboTax Deluxe.

Correct, the import is not working right now.......supposed to be worked on this week, so come back and try next weekend

Your directions are OK for desktop users...it's just well known from many posts, that an ItsDeductible import isn't working at all right now for "Online" software users, and has not worked since implementation of the 2021 software.
