Does everybody else get as frustrated with Turbotax as me because you can NOT talk to anyone at Turbotax?

If you are using the TurboTax Free online edition it does not give you access to live TurboTax support.  You must be using Plus or one of the higher editions.

TurboTax support is open from 5am to 5pm Pacific time, Monday thru Friday

Getting my taxes done for 2020 has been an 8-day long, painful, stressful experience. I've been trying to cancel them and the expert is having "technically difficulty" so NOT available. It's like purgatory. I'm going to H & R Block today!
