VA disability is not taxable income and does not have to be reported on your tax return.

But you might want to enter it on the "Nontaxable Income" screen during the sales tax interview to increase the deduction if you are trying to itemize.

  1. Login to your TurboTax Account
  2. Click on "Search" on the top right and type “sales tax”

Please see What's my standard deduction for 2022?  and What is Schedule A, Itemized Deductions for additional information.
