Does not let me do federal review

I have been trying for weeks to do federal review it doesn’t let me. Spoke to different people and no one can figure it out. We have tried different browsers, clearing the cookies and cache. This is the only thing it won’t load. Just keeps saying we have hit a snag try again later.

Try these options to fix the issue you are having

 

If you are using TurboTax Online

  • Check ‌your browser's settings. (Clear your Cache and Cookies)
  • Check on your internet connection
  • Try using a different web browser 

If you are using TurboTax Desktop

  • Make sure the software is updated. 
  • If you haven't rebooted your computer, please do
  • Check your firewall and antivirus settings. Make sure they aren't blocking any feature of the software. 

** If you are using the phone/tablet app, try changing to laptop/computer if possible. If you do not have access to a computer, switch to a web browser within your phone or tablet, and sign in from there.

Already did that stuff with the first person I spoke to when I called the phone number.  They couldn’t figure it out.
