Question

Does not want to load software to my mac. Will not move past the window that says, "preparing to copyTurbotax Deluxe 2019. Why?

Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot downloading your Turbo Tax software on a Mac.

Copying  a file is totally a Mac system function and has nothing to do with TurboTax.  Sounds like something in the Mac is hung.  I would suggest restarting the Mac.
