Does the amount in box 14 of form W2 affect any other credits or any other anything on my 2020 tax return?

Im not understanding the info entered on my 2020 W2 form. This year is the first time I have this info on my W2

Employers can put just about anything in box 14; it's a catch-all for items that don't have their own dedicated box on the W-2. However, you should post the entries. There are a list of categories to select from. If none oh them match you can choose Other-not on above list.
