Does the fees I agree to cover the fed and state returns.The reason I ask it stated $34.99 for fed and $44 for state then as I read the agreement page it's over $100?

One possibility is you used the Refund Processing Service to pay your TurboTax Online fees. If you did, your TurboTax fee plus the additional $34.99 processing fee (plus sales tax) is deducted from your federal tax refund.
