Do I need to upload a picture of my w2?

No...they don't get a picture.

All you need to do is to make sure the data from your W-2 forms are entered into your tax file.

TTX does have an entry procedure where you take a picture, and the "smart" software is supposed to take the data out of the boxes and place them in the appropriate places....but that doesn't store the picture for the IRS (and the procedure is somewhat buggy...and I wouldn't enter my W-2 data that way...yet...but that's just my opinion)
