Does the online version of turbotax support taxes for expat living in singapore in 2017?

Yes, you can use TurboTax Deluxe Online version or a higher version to support your foreign income as an expat. The Free Edition will not support foreign income, etc. 

You can go here https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/ and choose to start with Deluxe version and if your tax situation requires a higher version, you'll get a prompt to upgrade to that version.

Unfortunately, if you've been an expat for several years and no longer have a credit card with a US or Canadian billing address, you still have to file your taxes, but it's impossible to pay for any TurboTax software, online or download/CD.

 

TurboTax only accepts credit cards with a US or Canadian address.
