Does the refund go to turbo tax first to pay for filing and then to my account?

If you chose to have the fees deducted from your refund then it will go to the bank that handles that first. You will then receive your refund within 48 hours from that bank. 

 

TurboTax utilizes Santa Barbara Bank to process these refunds.  See Santa Barbara Bank link to track your refund.
