Does the Underpayment Penalty have the wrong year for Date of Payment?

While calculating the Underpayment Penalty in 2020 federal taxes (as of Feb 1, 2021), the Date of Payment screen shows the following text:

Enter the date you plan to file your return, and pay your balance or April 15, 2020, whichever is earlier. We use this date to determine the penalty amount you'll be charged.

If you leave this blank, we'll assume April 15, 2020.

Both of those dates should read April 15, 2021. The calculation of penalty is the same when I enter April 15, 2021 or leave it blank, so the math appears to be based on April 15, 2021 (which is the only thing that makes sense). Its just the text that appears to be incorrect.

Is there a way to file bugs / give feedback to Intuit?

There are many places that have last year's date which will eventually be corrected ... it doesn't affect how the program works so just ignore it.
